Together Forever-DaikenCh2My eye was twitching, not that it was noticeable, right? Okay, so it was very noticeable, not like I cared or anything. I was practically on the verge of tears, but I did my best to hold them back. The last thing I wanted was to cry like a big wuss in front of the entire class, and the possibility of the whole school finding out by lunch time. I had to keep up my reputation, even if it killed me. The whole school knew me as their fearless school soccer captain after Taichi graduated. I was probably the only one who actually cared about the sport so much that I spend every waking moment playing or thinking about the sport. I gave it a 120% no matter what. I tried my hardest during games even if I was getting exhausted. I guess that makes me sound obsessive, but Im not. Its just one of the best things that Ive come across in my entire life, and something to distract me from the real world. I looked over at Takeru who was currently looking at me.

Together Forever-DaikenDigimon*Daisuke POV*
I lifted my head up when I heard footsteps approaching my seat. I lifted my head up in curiosity to see who was walking over to my seat. In front of me stood none other than Mitsuki Konishi-sensei, a 25 year old English Literature teacher, who had long curly blond hair that was tied in a low ponytail. She wore frameless glasses and a shiny pink lipstick. She would wear a sleeveless collared blouse with a black ribbon instead of a tie. On top of the blouse, she wore a black spaghetti strap that was like a dress. It stopped around her thighs, and then she wore long black stockings that went down to her knees. And to top it all off, she wore white dress heels.
Her arms were crossed, and she had a disappointed look in her eyes. I smiled sheepishly as I sat up in my seat while scratching the back of my head. She just shook her head and said, Honestly Daisuke, already falling asleep before class even starts? You should consider yourself lucky you dont have Kamij
Savers - ToMaTo - Cycle Chpt01Title: Cycle
Series: Digimon Savers (Digimon Data Squad)
Pairing: Tohma x Masaru, ToMaTo~
Disclaimer: Digimon belongs to Toei, not me. This is for fans~
Warnings/Summary: "Am I forgetting something important? What's so good about being strong again?" NaNoWriMo 2008 fic.
Masaru is such a 14-year-old who doesn't get what's going on with adolescence. ._.;
So I'm trying Masaru semi-P.O.V. for my first Savers fic. Mostly because he's easier to me? I'm not sure. orz
It's mostly omnipresent P.O.V. anyway.
Spoilers for the entire series. Warping of things that happened in the last stretch of the canon series anyway? Why yes!
Here Masaru was, stuck in the hospital, unable to do much physically with his bottom half as he toddled around in the wheelchair. Without his usual physical self, he felt completely useless even though DATS was in the middle of a mildly odd, long-term crisis in the Digital World. To that extent, he wanted to get back on his feet as soon as possible.
But there wa
Savers - ToMaTo - Cycle Chpt07The next morning when Tohma came in, he said he had some last-minute things to do back at DATS and that he would return in the late afternoon to start their rehab. Which worked out just fine for Masaru, since Yoshino, Ikuto and their Digimon made a surprise visit for lunch to give him company in the meantime. They had brought along Agumon with them as well. They had just heard about Tohma finishing the Digital Code and they were hoping to have a small celebration with him and Masaru in his hospital room.
" What the heck is that Tohma doing after all that frenzy work he's done for the past month? Just when I put all this effort into making food for everyone... This is one of those once-in-a-lifetime experiences, you know? Yeah, I got a pay raise so I'm more willing to do these, but what gives him for skipping out?" Yoshino said with some bitterness as she went around serving everyone's portions. Ikuto, Falcomon and Agumon sat around on some stools while Lalamon settled on one of the tal
Savers - ToMaTo - Cycle Chpt03" Argh!! I don't know if I'm supposed to be mad at Satsuma or someone else for this, but ARGH!" Masaru punched the wall like no one's business, except that it was one of the bathrooms in the Norstein mansion. And Tohma was there, changing into his uniform. The oversized bathrooms on the ground floor had been converted into pseudo-locker rooms, with places for the DATS members to place their belongings as they changed into their uniforms. They were already beginning their shift schedules, so while Masaru was allowed to stay in his casual clothes, Tohma was to be on duty.
" It upsets me too, Masaru, but we'll have to deal with it. It IS our responsibility, after all."
" You're accepting this way too easily." Masaru crossed his arms as he spoke to the blond, who had finished changing.
" Well, what do you expect me to do about it?"
" I dunno, you could've reasoned with the old man! Reasoning's what you're good at, isn't it? I mean, it's not like he was around to see all that we went throug
Extra Glass -- Daiken
By A.K. Freeman
When Daisuke had asked Ken over that afternoon, he had noticed his boyfriend seemed... out of it. Like he was tired, or dazed. Those violet eyes often seemed to look right past the goggle-boy as if he were invisible. In fact, it had not only been with him, but with the rest of the Chosen Children as well. Often times, Daisuke had to nudge Ken for his attention to once again become focused on the conversation at hand.
It was worrying him.
They walked through the door, and Ken bowed absently to Jun as she came to greet them. She bowed back and proceeded to badger Daisuke about how he had left his all his crapwhich consisted of a backpack and a soccer ballout in the living room for her to trip over. He rolled his eyes to the sky, gathered his massive pile of junk from the living room and tossed it into his room while Ken watched silently.
There, Jun. Happy now? He mumbled and motioned for Ken to follow him. The ot
Pineapple Weddings -- DaiKen
The soft thuds of the knife hitting the cutting board mixed in with all the other background noise as Ichijouji Ken cut the pineapple into pieces for Daisuke and himself. He didn't notice that the fellow Chosen Child had come back from his room until a pair of arms wrapped themselves around Ken's waist.
Looks good! He chimed and rested his chin on his partner's shoulder. Almost done?
A-ah... Ken replied, blushing a bit. Daisuke's parents were right in the other room watching TV, and his sister...
Where was Jun?
Ken and Daisuke turned to see Jun standing in the door way holding her camera triumphantly. She grinned ear to ear, hardly containing her fangirl-like squees.
Jun! What the hell-- Daisuke started but was interrupted when she snapped yet another picture.
You two are SO cute. she said. Delicious, even! Ken tilted his head to one side, not sure if he liked being referred to as delicious.
We Meet Again~Percy/LukeWe Meet Again
Percy sighed as he leaned against his hand, trying not the fall asleep. The savior of Olympus missed his hero days, but knew he could never go back. Too many painful memories of 'what if's and 'almost but not quite's. The son of Poseidon knew thatif called onhe'd go back and do whatever it took to help his extended family, whether it was training for fighting. Still, unless Chiron, his father, or one of his old halfblood friends called him, Perseus Jackson planned on never stepping into Camp Half-Blood again.
Even if he didn't get to fight monster anymore, the sea prince didn't care. He was protecting his family and friends by living on his own. So what if he had a stupid dinner job? So what if he could barely afford his rent? So what if his only 'friends' were his fellow employes? Alright, even Percy admitted his life sucked, but his mother and Paul were safe, that's all that mattered these days.
"Annabeth never knew," he whispered to himself.
PJO/HoO- Flashback Summary: Will and Nico adopt a child. Nico is treated to a surprise. (Contains minor Blood of Olympus spoilers) One-shot.
Nico's fingers drummed rapidly on the edge of his seat. Occasionally, he would feel a surge of adrenaline and excitement, but that did nothing to combat his nervousness.
Fingers, calloused from all that archery training, wrapped themselves gently around his own. Nico glanced down into the bright, sunny face of Will Solace, the love of his life, and some of the anxiety seemed to flee. Noticing the look on Nico's face, Will laughed. "Relax." He rubbed Nico's back. "After all, Elva's stayed with us before."
That was true, when they had acted as foster parents. Nico hadn't thought much about it then. But now, they were adopting. It was as though someone had dropped a sack of potatoes onto Nico's back. The child was going to be theirs. Theirs to raise, to love. Nico was going to be her father. Was he ready for this? What if he failed? It had been quite different
